I’m giving this hotel five stars for the staff they were so welcoming everyone there made you feel at home breakfast was great my car stayed there for 19 days and it was safe the whole time new renovated bathrooms I’ll definitely stay here again if I travel from O’Hare airport also when we arrived back from our trip shuttle was there in 10 minutes to pick us up

The hotel was clean and in good repair. The breakfast was excellent! The only thing that would keep me from coming back would be the small size of the shuttle bus. It wasn't able to transport our party of 8 at one time. This meant that when we were picked up from the airport, those that were left behind had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the shuttle to return. We chose to take a taxi to avoid the wait.

Bathroom was dirty, so I cleaned it myself. No hairdryer. Place just feels tired. Bed was clean & comfy. Lobby pics could be updated.

The hotel shuttle is a normal minivan. Seats 6 passengers plus the driver. If you are traveling with normal larger pieces of luggage plus a personal item, it will be a very tight fit. Your luggage will be everywhere in the van. Also, if your flight is 6am or 7am, find a different hotel. Their site says On Demand shuttle. Yes, it is, between 5:30am and 11pm. The hotel is basic. It's clean. The elevator works. Nothing special or extra. The parking lot is small. Easy to get to. Seems to be in a decent area.

It was meh. Staff was kinda slow, terrible pillows, everyone was ready for the shuttle and waiting but the driver was too busy on his phone to just go (like it was 2-3 minutes early but everyone was there….)
Parking lot is REALLLLLY small and only allowed to park in specific spots in a specific direction…I’ll not stay again, but it was fine.

Building was not in a great area. Hotel was dated (but appeared to be in the process of updating). Shuttle service was not great, vehicle did not appear maintained (brakes grinding, door didn't open properly, etc). Shuttle was broke down upon return to airport and had to wait, after repeatedly calling, kept being told later and later, after the 3rd call we requested to be picked up in a taxi only to be told we had to get the taxi.

The hotel is remodeling, but they need to vacuum the floors. The breakfast room was a mess. I had to tell the person to clean up the floor and he ignored the syrup spilled on the counter.

The hotel was clean and the employees were nice. Parking was safe and secure. The bed linens were not soft. The sheets and bedspread were scratchy and interfered with my sleep. This was the only complaint.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great! We had no issues using the shuttle service.
The gentleman who was working the front desk in the evening was really polite despite dealing with other customers who were not very pleasant. He was patient and calm despite being treated poorly by others. He was there on both occasions where we checked in and he was great both times.

I have used the program before, and it works well. All staff members and drivers were courteous and helpful and the room was clean. I would recommend you verify that available drop-off and pickup times accommodate your flight schedules
