Excellent hotel. Immaculate. Large room. Fast pickup at airport

This was perfect for us—parked the car, stayed the night and took a quick shuttle ride for an early flight out. Will definitely use again, especially if I have to travel alone. Room was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous.

staff at check-in seemed clueless about our reservation but staff on return did an excellent job of straightening it out.

Staff was very helpful and informative. Room was awesome - very comfortable. Shuttle drivers were courteous and friendly. Shuttle to airport was waiting for me. Shuttle from airport arrived soon after I called. I felt that my car was safe and secure. I'll use this service again and recommend to others. Thank you!

This was a great deal for our trip. The hotel was nice, the shuttle was convenient. Only issue was the beds were a little soft and electric outlets were not well placed in the room.

Everything was good. There was a slight problem with being overcharged by the hotel, but a few phone calls and the issue was resolved.

Used services many years ago since better flights out of Roanoke. Room was nice. Staff stated on check in that there would be a breakfast buffet in the morning and there wasn't, disappointed that it was menu only. Other than that it was having the 20+ minute wait for pick up as I was told there were 3 requests ahead of mine.

Love the new remodeled look! Really enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant/bar there. Wonderful service! Shuttle driver was so very helpful!!

The room was terrible! It appeared that they were remodeling the room and just stuck me in there because they had no other rooms. I complained to from desk but all they did was to say “I’m sorry but we have no other rooms”

The hotel, shuttle, and staff were great! However, they could not find my parksleepfly reservation (I had the confirmation number and emails). So they fixed it and everything was fine for my stay and shuttle and I'd definitely stay there again....But I'm not sure I'd use parksleepfly again.

This is a nice facility. BUT...the front desk seems to be very understaffed. They didn’t answer the phone despite many calls when I tried to contact to get a ride from airport to hotel to get my car. I made eight calls and gave up, then called the central Holiday Inn number to get assistance (also a disaster). Happened to catch the van on my own as it picked up someone else. The driver said the front desk clerk was by herself and completely overwhelmed with customers. Hence no phone answering. You can’t have a service dependent on the front desk picking up the phone unless someone picks up the phone! I have had problems before at this hotel with non-phone answering; Holiday Inn needs to pony up for more clerks so customers aren’t stranded at airport!
