Clean, well maintained and functional.

Old but mostly clean

The hotel was clean and very convenient to the airport. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. On the night we checked in, she was incapable of smiling. I had to ask questions on how the process works of leaving my car, arranging the shuttle, etc. When we returned, I called the hotel to let them know that we were ready for the shuttle. I couldn’t make out what she said when she answered the phone. I asked if this was the Quality Inn by the airport. She bluntly stated, “I said Quality Inn and Suites”. Absolutely horrible to have this as your primary point of contact for customer service. However, the 2 gentleman who drove the shuttle - just wonderful!! Very friendly and courteous. On our return, there was another couple that was to be picked up. We waited a bit but they didn’t show. He asked if we could circle back one more time, as they may in a different part of the zone. I appreciated his efforts in making sure the others were picked up and not left waiting. I cannot reiterate enough how simply rude and unwelcoming the front desk lady was.

Like the Hotel. Room is always nice and clean.

Close to airport. Easy to schedule shuttle to airport. Quick pick up after call to tell them we were back. Shuttle driver very nice and loaded luggage into shuttle and from shuttle to car.

This experience was MUCH better than our previous experience. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was also good. Our only complaint was about a rude guest who made a long and late phone call from the stairs rather than her room.

The hotel is very basic, but it's clean and had everything I needed. The transportation to and from the airport was very quick and convenient.

Hotel was fine. But no internet service at night. And nobody answers the office phone to help. Disappointed.

nice program for drive-in travelers from CLT, easy to sign up for, choose hotel, leave vehicle and utilize shuttle. Quality Inn was comfortable, great service... fair pricing

The hotel was as expected having used this service previously.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn in Charlotte. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't have to wait very long to get the shuttle service at the airport.

The hotel was old but beds were clean. The stopper in the tub did not work. An issue we had was that we had a 5 am flight right before Xmas and were told to be at the airport 2 hrs early. I searched for a hotel that had a 24 hr shuttle and this one advertised that. I even called to confirm that. Then I checked again when we got to the hotel and the girl said yes, no problem--just call use 20-30 minutes before we have to leave so that is what I did the next morning. I was told by the clerk that the shuttle ONLY starts at 4 AM! Luckily we made our flight but I would have expected more "accurate" information on the hotel website and from the staff.

Older hotel, but room was great and we have stayed before and will again!

As expected

Great location and the convenience of leaving our car there for our trip was wonderful. The shuttle to and from the airport was great and they even picked us up at 2am after a flight delay.

Staff was cordial and friendly, room was okay, for disability guests.

Easy to find and use.

The Hotel is fine. Have stayed there several times and will stay again.
