Hotel was good but I was not told to call a specific cab company for shuttle so ended up paying cab fare myself. Such info should be clearly given when the cab vouchers are issued.

There is no suttle service. Instead the hotel gave us a coupon for a taxi, in which never showed up when we arrived back from our trip.
