Hotel is going through major renovations. Access was different. Overall, it worked for what we needed: a place to stay, leave the car, and they take us to and from the airport.

Hotel overall great and perfect location. Front desk staff varied from marginal to excellent. Getting shuttle is a bulky phone tree that was not easy to use. In the end however, everything meet the need. Thank you.

The hotel, room, food and service in the hotel were great. The problem was the shuttle pick up from the airport. We had to call several times and were assured each time that the shuttle was on its way. We, along with several other customers were waiting well over an hour for the driver to finally show up. We would use your service again but would definitely choose another hotel.

Well... Let's see... 1. The accommodations are sub par because there is no enhanced tv in the room they have turned off these services and if doing that at least they should use smart tv's so you can cast to the television so that you can use your PC... 2. They should register your Vehicle license at the front desk so they do not give you an ominous warning with a threat that your vehicle has been noted for the future... They SHOULD know who is parking there and the license number. Bad practices... 3. They tell you that a bus pickup happens every 15 minutes NOT TRUE waited over an hour...

Everything was fine until we returned to pickup my car. The shuttle doesn’t work after 10 PM. so I had to take a cab from the airport to the hotel which was an additional $19.00.

Excellent service and quality. I would extend the last shuttle time to 11 PM instead of 10. Several guests that arrived on a 10 o'clock flight had to get taxis or ubers.

What I love the most was the shuttle service . The bus was already waiting at the front to drop us off to the airport . I was hoping to have same service when we get back from our Hawaii Trip. True enough excellent service was delivered ! There was a chaos in LA airport where they shut off the terminal. I called the Hotel and they still picked us up despite the closure of some terminals . My children and I just walked farther away where the vehicles can pass through - so overall kudos to the Hotel staff for delivering a great service .

The hotel is very comforting and has nice amenities. I like the fact that it's super close to LAX and the staff is real good. There are plenty of space for me and my wife to have separate spaces (sinks, TVs, etc) besides just in the bathroom.

Horrible. Nothing like the photos. No window, bathtub is peeling and not just a little. Paint in bathroom peeling off. It made me sick to even stay there.

We Loved the cocktail time. The Bar Tenders were fantastic as well as person taking care of chips cheese salsa bar. The cooks for your complementary breakfast, as well as staff keeping the area clean and stocked. The room was perfect, clean and quite.

Rooms were ok, but could use room freshness. Very stuffy. Staff was friendly. The cost for staying and parking was HIGHER than most other quality hotels on Century Blvd.

Hotel is aging and feels like I am back in the '70s. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Hotel room had a lingering smell of smoke from prior occupants.
