The Cicero Grand - Syracuse Hancock International Airport

Hotel was very good. Sofa’s in room need to be replaced with better units, and the light breakfast in the morning needs to be upgraded. I would be happy with simple Jimmy Dean type of sausage and egg biscuit. They are pre-cooked and just need to be warmed up. In many hotels, these are already pre-cooked and kept in a warmer to be selected by the guest.

Understaffed. Not unusual. What is unusual, and unacceptable, is that my credit card was charged a second time, a week later, for a similar amount, by this hotel. It's being investigated, I'm told. I won't be back. I cannot comment on the shuttle as my flight was cancelled and I could not rebook, so shuttle service was not used.

Great experience with the hotel and we had pets.

The bathtub was slippery. There was a food smell in room.

My flight was delayed so I didn't stay at the hotel.

Excellent shuttle service !! on our return home we couldn’t find the shuttle so we got a cab and the hotel refunded us the money that we paid for the cab which was amazing!! I definitely recommend this service and hotel.

I was flying out of Syracuse and stayed at the Comfort Inn the night before and to leave my car there. The room was clean and nice. The front desk employees were friendly and professional, and my car was safe for the 3 weeks I was gone. The shuttle service was perfect also. Very affordable as well. I will stay there again!

We stayed here in Feb. 2019 and it was a very nice stay there. We decided to stay here again in Oct. 2021. What a mistake. The room was not cleaned well. The bed not made well at all. As far as park and fly they gave you a card for you to call the person yourself to get to airport. (that is another fiasco that I will not get into) There is not shuttle for this hotel. The toaster was broke for anything you might want at their breakfast. We ended up paying our own way back to hotel to pick up our car. The one good thing was that the staff was very friendly. We will not be staying there for a park and ride anymore.

My reservation was lost and it took quite a while for the desk clerk to get permission to give me a room. There were only plastic cups with both the coffee machine and the ice bucket so I had to call the desk to get some foam ones. There was 2" of frost in the refrigerator!
