We had to move our room due to the tv or phone didn’t work and the bathroom door didn’t close. When we moved to the other room the phone didn’t work and the heater made lots of noise and the cover was not completely on so we saw all the parts of the furnace. The restaurant was very good along with friendly staff

If I could leave less than 1, I would. Reserved 2 rooms, they were supposed to be next to each other, they weren’t. Threadbare dirty carpet, mold and dust in bathroom, dirty bathtub, water dripping from ceiling throughout hotel, smell throughout hotel. Told front desk, no one came to fix the bathroom. The weird part, my room was not handicapped, but the sink was so low I had to squat down to use it. I am only 5’ 2”. Everything there seemed to be an afterthought, no flow just chopped up. Closed pool just as my grandson was getting ready to jump in, right after they gave us towels for the pool. No one at the front desk seemed to know what they were doing, but they were very polite. Shuttle driver was very nice.

Check in was awful. Not helpful. Return. I called for pickup around 8:50 pm. She said the driver would be there. 10:15 we were picked up after 4 phone calls. Same lady at the desk. Won’t use this hotel again.

Don’t. Just don’t. This hotel was gross. The mold smell was awful. It was dirty and we were so bummed. Last year we stayed at a different hotel for Sleep Park Fly for the same price and it was fantastic and CLEAN. The toilet paper holder was installed crooked. So many ugly things. The parking lot had sketchy people hanging around. JUST DONT DO IT. PICK ELSEWHERE.

Check in was very slow, was given a room with king bed reservation was for 2 double not to mention phone in room was broke. Was moved to a room with 2 double beds. Room was not very clean. Was not a good experience at all. Will not stay there again

My entire experience with this hotel was very bad. I arrived late in the evening and I had a very early flight. The staff was very short with me at check in. The first room I was given was a long walk from the front desk, and I was not offered assistance with my luggage. The room itself was shabby and dirty, and then I pulled back the covers on the bed to find that the bed was soaking wet. After making the long trek back to the front desk with all of my luggage, I was finally given a new room. It was somewhat better, but also dirty. I did not feel safe in this hotel and I did not sleep a single minute all night long. I did not like leaving my car in the parking lot. I expected to park in a secure lot, not alongside a road where anyone could walk up to my car. When I returned to the airport at the end of my trip, I called for a shuttle and the person on the phone was again very short with me. It took 45 minutes to get a shuttle to bring me back to my car. I would like my money back.
The shuttle drivers were both very nice.
I will use ParkSleepFly again, but they should not allow this hotel to be booked on their site any longer.

We were almost totally happy with our experience. I am still waiting for 'pending' bills to be
removed from my charge card. I don't understand why bills cannot appear as they were received
when we made the reservation? Part of the perks was the 'free parking' and then a 25.00 charge appears from nowhere....that doesn't amount to 'free'.

Hotel was under construction, and it was very cold in the main areas and the room. The hotel has the potential to be very very nice. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the parking and shuttle to the airport both ways was quick and easy with friendly drivers.

our service at the restaurant was too slow. We got in there at 9:15, didn't get our food until 10 PM? too long. The ride to the airport, the shuttle was not there, I asked for one, he came, but said, no, you can't get on, it will be on the half hour. Also not useful. No one at the hotel told us we had to call for the shuttle bus when we got off the plane, that would have been helpful. We are used to staying at hotels where they know the schedules of every flight & are there waiting for their guests. Our driver parked way back, he could have moved in front of Budget & two hotel shuttles to pick us up. The two signs in the shuttle taped to the front dash & the visor, stating that tips are appreciated is a bit overkill. If you have good service, of course you will be tipped. Service is the only thing that will make or break a hotel. They need to work on this.

The rooms were absolutely deplorable! Heater did not work in our room and the power kept going on and off. We called the front desk and they said we could not be switched to another room. The next morning as we were getting around for our flight I closed the bathroom door and blood was all over the back of of the bathroom door along with hair. I wanted out of this place as soon as possible. Went to the front desk to check out and told her we shape the room was in. She said “oh sorry, don’t miss your shuttle”. Then upon return we waited for over 45 mins in 7 degree weather for a shuttle. Overall the worst experience of any of my time traveling.
