Open Lot, parking pass mut be obtained from the Hotel Front Desk prior to parking the car. All participants park at their own risk. Shuttles leave on the hour from 6am - 9pm. Guests are required to sign up with the front desk in person or via phone to reserve their spot. There are no pick ups or drop offs outside of these hours. If the participant missed the pick up time at the top of the hour, hotel holds no responsibility for participant transportation to the airport. Shuttle availability is first-come, first served.

Doubletree was excellent. Clean room, comfortable bed, and pleasant helpful staff. Parking was abundant, convenient, well lit, and secure. Shuttle was very prompt, courteous and pleasant. Would definitely use again when needed, and recommend to others.

This was our 5th or 6th visit to this hotel to leave our car, travel, and stay overnight upon return. The staff are professional and friendly. They clearly respect one another and respect their customers. This is a well-run hospitality business. Particular praise for assistant manager, George (that could be Jorge), who is amazingly attentive to all the details of guests' needs, staff's activities, and running a smooth operation.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Only wish we could have gotten some breakfast (even to-go muffins or something) before 6 am when we had to get the first airport shuttle. Had a long wait for return shuttle (40 minutes) but the driver was excellent and knew the backroads to avoid messy storm traffic.

The facility is tired- nice décor from a decade ago is worn. AC unit is horribly loud. The toilet would not flush (but I fixed it by adjusting the flapper chain). Parking lot is ok, but unsecured by any gates or fences. Hotel staff when we started our stay were super-friendly and helpful. Staff when we came back for our car were surly and slow- unrecognizable from the previous team. Shuttle service started too late and ended too early for our flights, so we ended up hiring an Uber in both directions. Overall, we won’t be back.

Everybody went above and beyond to help us during our stay- from fetching my kids fresh cookies when we arrived after a day of driving to giving excellent detailed instructions and information about the shuttle service. The desk staff was so kind to a solo-mom and the shuttle driver was kind, timely and dropped us off right at our car. Thanks!
