Had 0 problems with the hotel, parking or airport shuttle. The restaurant on site was super yummy as well!
Everything went so smooth we already booked again for our family vacation in 10 months!
We waited 10 minutes tops for the shuttle arrival, it was so smooth!

Shuttle to airport was easy. However coming back from the airport, the directions as to where to find the shuttle were pretty helpless. We ended up having to catch an Uber back to the hotel. Made staying here pretty pointless.

Hotel room was nice, clean and spacious, however it was a big struggle to park the car into the parking garage and I almost missed my flight. that is the reason I took off one star.

Stay was great but first shuttle, 3:30 am never showed. Hotel called taxi for us but we had to pay for it. Didn’t get receipt from taxi driver. Hotel staff was very apologetic.

This Sonesta hotel offered nice rooms and is very conveniently located for air travel from OHare airport. The long term parking is secure and shuttle service to/from the airport and hotel is excellent. Accessibility of the hotel from the tollway and various interstate highways is also an important positive factor. The in- house Harry Carey restaurant makes this location an all-around winner.

Helpful staff, close to airport, nice restaurant, structure parking so not buried in snow when we returned. And the two be option is a 2BR suite, spacious and very nice for privacy.

Room was nice. Shuttle service was great! There’s a 5 minute walk to the parking garage, but coming back the driver was nice enough to drop some people off at the garage to get the cars and drop the others at the hotel with all the luggage to wait for their cars. It was very cold, so very much appreciated!

front desk personnel were fantastic, room was acceptable, shuttle to the hotel was very nice, pick up at the airport never happened. We called and waited 45 minutes and ended up getting a taxi, very disappointing
