Close to airport. Parking available for the week we were away, Staff was very helpful and accommodating considering our ParkSleepFly reservation was not in their system. I was not able to complete the survey without reviewing the shuttle service however there was none provided by the hotel.

thankful to park my car there while I am flying. But sleeping there was not as restful. the shower is very bad with tub and getting water to turn on and get warm. I won't be there again. Had to get my own taxi to get to airport.

Sadly many services and perks (rides,breakfast eats, internet ) were not available due to the "corollasirus" . Front desk was pleasant though misunderstood thru masks. Room was pretty clean. Car has 14 hours of sunshine ( east to west ) daily but felt it was easily watched by staff. Bed was nice. Easy walk to airport, mostly well lit. I'd stay again.

Bad hotel, bad park sleep fly experience, not as advertised.
Reservation lost.
Bad room with bad beds.
No shuttle to airport (reason for using PSF in the first place)

AC not working properly, the room was very warm. No shuttle service as advertised. I had to pay a tax (no Ubers available). If other hotels are not available in Reno on parksleepfly website for Reno I will have to make other arrangements. This is the second time I’ve stayed there and had issues.

The hotel is fine for our purpose. We had an early flight and had to be at the airport at 5 am. We took a cab since the shuttle did not run early enough but the convenience of being able to leave the car parked during our trip is a great advantage. We did not use the shuttle service at all, but nice it is there.

Front desk staff is friendly and accommodating.
Shuttle service is prompt.
Rooms were moderately clean, bathroom is in need of deep cleaning around floor and bath tub edges.
Bed and pillows were comfortable, sheets were clean but had small tears.
Overall this hotel and it's services are excellent value for the money.

We called the hotel from the airport and we were told that they did not have a shuttle. No explanation was given so we took a cab. Hotel is dated but staff is nice

Spent a total of 14 dollars for a cab. Shuttle started service after my early flight was gone. On Return at 10:35 the shuttle was not present as far as I know it wasn't in the pick up line. La Quinta is roughly 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile the cabs are really raking in the money.

The room was dated, but very clean. My reservation was not found in the system. The supervisor said since it was a ParkSleepFly reservation sometimes the reservation fax does not go through. She took a few minutes then came back and processed my reservation. The shuttle service to the airport was great but not the return as it was nonexistent. I asked about my return shuttle and was told to call the hotel and a shuttle would pick me up. However, when I called on my scheduled return, a Sunday, I was told they didn’t have shuttle service that day!

I was very pleased with the staff's assistance with our room reservation because our flight was cancelled due to weather and we couldn't get to the hotel as scheduled. The staff moved our registrations to the following night and accommodated our late (11:30 pm) arrival. The heat was on in the room which we appreciated. Overall the staff was very helpful and courteous while dealing with our ever changing arrival schedule. Both ends of our trip had no shuttle service available so we had to use taxis to/from the airport. I will use this service again.
