This hotel is pretty old and run down, but the staff willing to help you with issues resulting in the less than favorable rooms. Can’t say enough about the friendliness an helpfulness of the staff!

Clean and cozy but the metal framed beds were very load. Sounded like crushing pop cans just from sitting down or getting up

The room was OK, but the other guests were loud and without any regard to other guests. Shuttle service and on-site parking was good. Probably will not stay there in the future.

Hotel staff was kind. Hotel rooms were smelly. Our light didn’t work. We didn’t have blankets for the beds—and the hotel ran out so we had to sleep with only the sheets. The door was also broken. The tv didn’t work as well. It was not the best over night stay. But the shuttle was prompt and reliable.

The room smelt like marajuana. It was not clean and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was no trash cans or towels in the room. Upon entry, we called the front desk and were told if we wanted towels, we had to come down and get them along with a trash can.

The hotel was fine, the bed frame/base was metal and made noise with every movement. Otherwise, the stay was fine and convenient for parking. Was told that when I returned, there was no need to call and I would be met at a certain time. However, after waiting 15 minutes, I needed to call and was picked up in another 17 minutes. If not told that there was no need to call, I would have called in advance to confirm time of pick up.
