We were tremendously rushed for time, arriving at the hotel at midnight with 2 young children. We had to then make a 6:40 AM Flight. The staff and the quality of the room and service we received made that possible. Thank you so much for a very smooth transition.

This is at best a three-star hotel - and I am probably being generous here. We have watched this hotel slowly get worse and worse and worse and unfortunately, after the last stay we will not be using this particular hotel ever again. Between the door falling off the shuttle the morning of our flight out (the hotel appeared to have hired a service to get the customers to the airport) to NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE ON OUR RETURN (luckily the shuttle driving was just doing a circle back and forth) to just the general not clean feel of the entire place. It's just ugh. The employees were nice (though not as customer-centric as the past).

Staff was nice. The hotel restaurant was no longer operating, but that gave us the opportunity to find a very cute neighborhood pub. The pick up service from the international terminal was very prompt.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to its location to General Mitchell Airport. Check-in was slowed down due to their reservation system being down which is no fault of the staff who were extremely professional. I appreciate that you now park your car in a secure location directly behind to hotel. Our shuttle drivers were prompt and extremely nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Our room was small and very warm - 77 degrees when we walked in. The thermostat did not work. We had to run the very loud A/C unit all night.

Noise (music) didn't allow me too sleep early to get an early flight out. The rooms around the pool have a VERY Loud speaker that apparently can't be turned off.
