We drove right by the hotel because of no sign or outside lights. The phones were not working, so no way to reach the front desk or dial 911. When we went to our first room and still had our masks on it smelled like cigarette smoke, so they changed our room. The hallways were dirty. We thought we would turn in early and that’s when the party started in the room next to ours. Screaming in the hallway, bouncing off the walls. Putting earplugs on didn’t make a difference. You didn’t sleep well as you wondered what was next. There have been no ratings on this place since February. I am surprised no one else has rated this place since then. I should have continued to look into ratings on other websites. We were brought to the airport on time and picked up and our car was fine, even though the parking spots were not well lit. We were thankful for that. I was able to get an email address to go back and forth about our pickup, as the phone lines were still not working 4 days later.

Everything went well, but there's a serious lack of lighting in parking lot. Also, restaurant was closed for renovations, which we didn't realize while booking.

When we arrived, the computer froze and we had to wait for it to reboot. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom sink was dirty with what looked like a back up a few days earlier because the dirt was hardened on the sink when I attempted to wipe it off. We requested another room. In the next room the shades did not work. The fire alarm panel (red) and the sprinkler head were both hanging out of the wall.

The hotel put us in the basement. smelled like cigarette smoke in the hall ,and I think people were living there the hotel Staff said no but people were coming and going all night talking loud,slamming doors .when we were leaving for our flight at 3:30am there were two people roaming around in there pajamas out of there minds made us very nervous ,we explained our problem to the desk clerk he seemed very nice but he kinda played it off by giving us coffee and we couldn’t get out of there fast enough, very bad experience for my wife and I

Large, clean room. Minutes from airport. We came down a minutes before our requested shuttle and driver was there, ready and waiting. Upon our return to airport, a quick phone call and the shuttle came in minutes. Both drivers were very courteous, friendly and helpful. We would stay at the Wyndham again.

We found the whole experience very disappointing.
1.We left a wake call when we checked in. And never received one.
2 Called the front desk to ask how to get the blinking light on the phone turned off and was told they did not know how.
3. Room was not very clean and restaurant and lounge where under construction and was not made aware of till check in.
4. The Shuttle driver to the airport was very good and he told us to call the hotel when we landed which we did. We waited 25 Minutes when we called again and the person said no one was there and would call the driver.
We waited another 25 minutes when a rental car shuttle driver who had made 3 trips felt bad for us and gave us a ride back to our car.
Will never stay at a Wyndham Again or Use your services.

We had an early flight to catch and we never got our wake up call. I woke in time to make our flight but was stressed and rushed to get there on time. My wife uses a wheelchair and it difficult for us to speed our morning process. When I got to the lobby at 3:15 AM the desk clerk was sitting in a lobby chair having a conversation with the shuttle driver. She claimed that she made the call but it may have gone to another room.
When I called for pickup upon our return the desk clerk answered with "Buenos Dias" (in Spanish) and did not include the hotel name. It sounded like a social greeting. Shuttle took almost 45 minutes to arrive from hotel which is 7 minutes away (if all the lights along the route are red).
I will never stay here again and will blog my opinion and experiences.

When we arrived at the hotel they told us we had to park way in the back and we are responsible for the car not them. Nowhere does it say the car is not secure on your website, plus it was very dark back there and we had to walk completely around the hotel to get back in. Not a good safety issue for women. Also, the hotel gave us a room on the 3rd floor that had lots of men carrying liquor in and out of there rooms. Our room was already occupied also so had to drag our luggage back down to the desk and get another room. Never again at this hotel

The hotel was nice, but it was the wrong one. It is located in Warwick and the cruise ship was at the dock near the Wyndham in Providence (at India Point Park). We had to take an Uber to meet the ship.

Room was very nice, website has there is a on site restaurant , but when we arrived they told us it was closed. Getting the shuttle to the airport was great, the guy was right there and took us right away. When we returned I had to wait over30 minutes for shuttle to come pick us up. The person who answered said the guy will be right there. I called the hotel 2 times to see where the guy was. I will NOT do park and ride with this hotel again

We first got a dirty room, had to change rooms. Pool was freezing and our TV didnt work. We didnt want to switch rooms again.

It was the end of a great trip but a very long travel day. There were 3 of us waiting to be picked up by the shuttle. I tried to call the hotel but there was no answer. Phone rang and rang. Hotel is only 5 minutes away. We waited for over 30 minutes. I was embarrassed because I was the one who arranged the park/sleep/fly. There should be a phone line that goes directly to the shuttle driver. There is no excuse for a phone that rings and rings without an answer. This was such poor service.
