This is a good deal. They drop you and pick you up at the airport, no matter what time (I left at 4am and got back in at 1 am) and the rooms are reasonable. The beds are comfortable and very clean. The only thing you have to be prepared for is that it is an older hotel, so there is some peeling paint, worn carpets, and clumsy caulking. That said, the sheets and pillows were spotless and the very, very comfortable. The air conditioner worked great, the shower water was hot, and I could put my drinks in a cold mini-fridge.

Excellent, friendly & professional staff. Shuttled to the airport at 4:30 am, flight was canceled, they came right back with their same friendly demeanor and picked us right back up, allowed a late check out and shuttled us back later.

The connection to the airport could not have been easier. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our flight was changed to arrive at midnight which gave us pause but there was no problem. Given our late arrival, the hotel was absolutely necessary. We would use this service again without hesitation. Again, the staff was very helpful.

The outward stay at the Baymont Hotel was great. The reception person dropped us by shuttle to the airport at 4:30am in plenty of time for our 6am flight to Newark. Unfortunately our return flight to Albany was delayed arriving at 12:15am. We were told the hotel shuttle stopped operating after 11pm forcing us to pay a $14 Taxi to the hotel. There were no problems with the Parking. The breakfast was basic. We did receive a phone call in our room just as we leaving it three minutes after check out time. Because of the shuttle I will look to use another hotel next we fly from Albany.

The hotel was clean, nice enough and very, very affordable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Airport shuttle service was timely. It was everything I would want from a park, sleep, fly near Albany Airport.

Cheap stinky hotel but clean
I used the park and fly. The shuttle going to the airport was fine BUT
upon my return when I called, I was told that the shuttle was out of commission.
In order to get back to the hotel from the airport, I was told to take a taxi and they would reimburse me.
Amazingly the manager REFUSED to reimburse me for the full amount to the taxi!
AND the shuttle was sitting right in front of the hotel looking like it was working fine.
Do not use this hotel!

The rooms were adequate and the staff very nice. However, when I got back and called the shuttle they told me that the shuttle would only drive me and not pick me up. I had to take a cab. That is not park and fly service as I understand it and it made me late!

The room was very clean, however the tissue box was falling off the wall and the towels are small. I understand the hotel is going through a renovation, yet the hallway was messier than necessary. There is also a faint, yet continual, cat urine smell in the hallways. I smelled it both nights, one week apart.

Love the parking and 24/7 shuttle, even though they’re almost always 15-20 minutes late picking you up so keep that in mind when scheduling your time. Room smelled like cigarette smoke once again, however they fixed the rooms and updated them a bit. Room and bathroom were clean. Friendly staff.
