Hotel was very nice, new beds remodeled staff was great. Plenty places to park car was safe.

We have used Park Sleep & Fly many times. 4 times at Best Western Ontario. No stress. Everything is easy and on time. Cheaper than parking Long Term.

Perfect! Avoided early morning traffic so peace of mind and stress free. Safe and secure parking. Walked next door to an amazing Mexican food meal. Shuttle was timely and easy peasy.

The 3/5 score represents my personal experience on the night of check in. This does not reflect the staff, or their professionalism, or the quality of the room. If this is a quick visit, it is convenient, the shuttle service was great, and the room was clean. The hotel desk rep even called me on the morning of my shuttle to remind me of my 0300am shuttle ride which I overslept and did not hear the alarm. Luckily, they commute every 30 minutes, and I made my flight in plenty of time. Parking is not ideal. I like to park outside my hotel room when it applies. But there are very few spots open, and I had to park far away from my assigned room. On the night of check in, there was quite a bit of people walking about the property with dogs, giving me the impression of "long term stays," vs a hotel experience. I felt like I was at an apartment complex where people are outside their patio with a fold up chair, cigarette, and cell phone call. I unloaded my first items to my room and planned to step out and grab my suitcase. After locking my hotel room door, the woman in the plastic chair said, "Careful, there's a pit bull behind you." I froze. I slowly looked to my right and I saw a dog in my peripheral field. I slowly pulled out my key and tried to re-enter my room. The key would not open and I was left to stand there frozen facing the door. Luckily, the dog kept going and I was safe. I walked to the hotel office and asked to discuss what just occurred. I was quickly accomodated, and the staff reassigned my room, and even allowed me to park in an area meant for staff. There was another dog with a family 1/2 way down, and just very busy. Again, the staff was kind and reassuring, but unfortunately, this will be my last stay at this location.
