The hotel was great, as was the shuttle TO the airport. The return shuttle pickup following our trip was terrible!!! We waited an hour outside in 90+ degree weather for the shuttle to pick us up! I called the hotel 3 times before it finally arrived. Will never use this hotel again!

Shuttle cane promptly at 1:00 AM when called and made 2 trips to pick up 10 of us with lots of luggage as previously agreed.

The hotel was adequate. We left too early to have the breakfast. The shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport and when we called to come back for the car, it was just a few minutes before he showed up.

This hotel REALLY needs to be updated. Dated furnishings. Minimal amount of towels & washcloths. We could not turn the thermostat to a cooler setting. There were no USB ports. The staff was very nice, but will only give 2 stars as we asked for a wake up call due to an early morning flight. We never did receive the call. Fortunately, this was just as a back up plan in case we slept through our phone alarm.

Check in disrupted someone’s dinner and they were very short and curt. Were very anxious to get back to food and video than answer my questions. Had no cards wrote number down to call for shuttle upon return

We waited on the shuttle for 45 minutes after 2 phone calls we were told he was on his way. A driver from a different company felt sorry for us standing in the cold and gave us a ride to our cars. Worst park and fly service possible! Never again!

The gentleman who picked me up at the airport on my return was very helpful - I have a disability and he was really good to help me get into the van. He also helped a lot when we got to the hotel - he drove directly to my car - unloaded the luggage and placed it in my trunk. He then remained until he made sure that my car started after sitting in the cold for several days.

The floor I was on was very noisy with people running and slamming doors until after 12:00. The phone didn’t work and I couldn’t get WiFi password. I caught the shuttle at 5:00 and that was great. I had to wait for the pickup . My car was fine.

The hotel room needs updating and we were placed in a room near the air conditioning compressors with was loud and disturbing for an early morning rise. The convenience of the parking and leaving our vehicle there along with the ride to the airport by the shuttle was fine… Need to be more clear on the pick up time at the airport when you’re on return trip
