La Quinta Inn Albuquerque Airport - Albuquerque International Sunport

This was a very smooth, trouble free experience. We arrived at the hotel to drop the car and were taken to the airport promptly. So promptly that we had to kill an hour in the airport before the flight. When we returned the shuttle arrived quickly and when we reached the hotel our room key and reservation were waiting. We stayed in the hotel at the end of the trip. The room just what was expected, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the shower could use some renovation. It functioned okay, but the shower surround was in rough shape. The coffee provided in the room was a cut above most average offerings. The free breakfast was comparable to most similar hotels, although some items were also a cut above the average. They offered very good quality breads for toast and in addition to the standard Belgium waffle machine, they offered one that made quarter sized waffles. That was nice.

Room actually nice with a fridge and microwave. It was nice to not have to drive in the morning, but coming home the shuttle took too long to arrive so we probably won't do it again.

Nice clean room at a great price. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Terrible. Hotel - Room very dirty and worn and broken with ceiling tile decaying. Bathroom so dirty and old we did not take showers. There is no elevator to upper floors. Noise level from street so loud we were unable to sleep beyond 4:15 am. It was very expensive for a horrible room and experience. The woman van driver who picked us up at the airport was not wearing a mask and we felt unsafe as she talked the entire way as we tried to avoid interacting. We would like a refund. It was horrendous.

The hotel room was not nice. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned The bathroom fan was too loud to use. There were tissues shoved in the peep holes in the door. I assume to fill holes in the door. As a woman traveling alone I was given a room in the back on the first floor which did not feel safe. My room was right next to a busy street and the traffic noise kept me from sleeping.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was dated but comfortable.

The room was filthy and had I not been so tired I would have left. The registration desk clerk tried to charge me extra for parking after I had already paid on the website. She actually had to call the manager to make sure that she didn't need to charge me extra. The hotel did have good linens.

This experience was horrible. Room was very old and smelled. We made a reservation to get shuttle to airport at 5 am in order to make our international flight. However they made reservations for a bunch of people at 5 and they have a small van so couldn’t go at 5 and he also had to go to bus station. Oh and he was also the front desk person so we couldn’t wait inside because he locked the door. We ended up taking our own car to the airport anyway and paying for airport parking. So this was a complete waste of time and money!!

It was very convenient and I appreciated the shuttle service. My car was safely waiting for me when I returned and it all went down without a hitch.

Very nice staff. Room was clean and very quiet. Some confusion when I called for shuttle pick up at the airport. Reception kept insisting on a terminal number when it was actually a bag claim door number, then shuttle did not pick up at area designated for hotel shuttles. When I checked out, reception seemed unaware that I had booked through park sleepily.com and said they charged my card and that I would have to pay for parking upon my return. Confusing.

The room was clean and the staff was supportive and helpful. The parking was uncovered, but my vehicle was safe for the duration of my 12 days away.

With the parking included for our 4 day trip, staying here made this a good deal. It was the 2nd time I stayed at this location in the past month.

clean,friendly. the shuttle left on time Delay in pickup due to driver having to do a side trip but within 30 minutes.

I had to get up quite early for my flight and it was a long walk from my room to the lobby to catch the shuttle, but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine. when I got back the shuttle was no longer running and I had to spend $10.00 plus tip for a cab for less than a mile to get from the airport to the hotel.

The shower had mold in it. The shuttle was non existent.
