I love the Park Sleep Fly option! Very convenient and so easy. I had some issues with aspects of the room not being clean (ice bucket contained filthy water and looked like it had been used as a mop bucket) but everything else was great. Would still recommend.

Great location, 24 hour shuttle to the airport. The room was nothing special but it was clean. Shuttle was ready as soon as we came to the lobby. Overall I was very pleased with the entire park/fly experience.

Had nice stay,was on ground floor and late night noise could have asked for upper but did not realize until later, already in bed ( lots of teenagers- horse show attend) but very happy to have room stay at night and be taken to airport next morning with parking included.

i was awaken at 7:30am with the noise of power tools. at 7:45am i called front desk, at 8:15 i called again. each time i was told the noise would stop. it did not! this was a morning of "sleeping in" before a noon mtg. NO SLEEPING IN AFTER A LATE FLIGHT!!!!
COULD NOT BELIEVE THE NOISE... NOT PLANES, POWER TOLLS!

When we returned to the hotel and there was a tornado warning we asked about a reduced rate since it was an emergency and we could not drive 2 hours to our home. They would not reduce the rate even though they had empty rooms.
