Very nice property, clean and save. I would have preferred the shuttle to leave every 15 minutes, however, it is understandable with the Covid-19 issue. The mattresses are memory foam and are extremely hot so it is impossible to get a good night sleep.

Everything went super well! Parking and staying at hotel for the night. Then traveling for 11 days coming back. We were picked up at the air pirt and taken to hotel. They gave us a room. We walked in it smelled like smoking room. So i asked to get another room. The lady in the front politely gave us another room on 6th floor with free breakfast! Originally we wouldn't have had it for free. Yes, we would park and fly again!

Hotel service was terrible upon arrival. They did not have our parking setup properly and wanted to charge extra . After arguing with the front desk attendant (Tyron) he basically told us “whatever, you’re fine” We spoke to another person in the morning and we are glad we did! They told us if we wouldn’t have said anything our vehicle would’ve been towed. They were able to get us straightened out finally. When we returned to the airport after our vacation we tried numerous times to call for the shuttle to bring us back to the hotel. We never got an answer on ANY extension at the hotel and we forced to take a taxi (10$) back to pick up our car! I will NEVER book with the Sheraton again....EVER
