The "Days Inn & Suites DFW Airport South" hotel is located 1.5 miles from the Dallas Fort Worth Airport in Dallas, Texas, and is a great play to stay before your travel. The hotel was older but priced reasonable. The shuttle service was very timely and the driver very polite. The continental breakfast should be improved. I will never use airport parking again with this service available. The driver simply asked me to call when we landed and then the shuttle was there by the time we could retrieve our luggage. Thanks guys!

Hotel located close to the airport, secluded enough to offer safe parking of the car, rooms were clean, but could use some updating of linens/bedspread.

Be sure to have your confirmation from Park Sleep & Fly with you when checking in, and go over the total amount before paying. They don't want to give you the refundable credit that was applied to your credit card which is to be applied to the room cost.
The shuttle was on time for pick up at hotel and airport.
Park Sleep & Fly is great.

Hotel was very accomadating to our needs. Shuttle was very prompt to and from airport. Hotel operator and shuttle driver very courtious and helpful Would definately stay here again.

Hotel was clean and the elevator was in working condition. Towels are getting a bit thin and should be replaced. Had a billing problem with the Park Sleep Fly refund, but think it is resolved after talking to three emplyees at two different times and then calling the manager. Excellent shuttle service to and from airport. Asked for down front up close and got the opposite.

Everything was fantastic except the condition of the shuttle van. It appeared to be very old. The seats were all torn up and there weren't passenger seat belts. Otherwise, it was a great experience and fantastic price. So nice not to have to worry about the car while we were gone.

Dirty hotel in a bad area. The shuttle van was old and the a/c hardly worked. We arrived to police (and the drug dog) searching the parking lot of the hotel. The toilet was broken in the room, and the bed felt filthy. Needless to say, we will not be back!

The customer service at the hotel was awful. They went to the trouble of asking when our flight arrived when we returned, then took more than an hour to pick us up (and only after we called four times to ask where they were)-making it 11:40 pm before we began our 100 mile drive home. There was an unknown man asleep in the front seat of the shuttle and absolutely no apology or explanation why it took so long when we were told it would be 10-20 minutes upon first calling.

Price of hotel was quoted at 57.99 plus tax & we were charged 75.89 at checkout. We were charged $18.19 by Park/Sleep/Fly before we left home for deposit & were NOT giiven the $11.60 credit on our hotel room as promised. Thank you!

The staff could not have been nicer. The shuttle was not readily available when I called from the airport but a taxi was arranged (and paid for) by the hotel.
I was very satisfied and will use the plan again.

Hotel did not have a record of my reservation so I lost the reservation prepayment. The hotel was in very poor condition as was the shuttle. The shuttle was over an hour wait on return pickup.

Everything worked great but after dropping many customers off at airport we were last to be dropped off but closest terminal barely made the flight other than that it was very pleasant stay. Thank you
