Holiday Inn Express Woodland - Sacramento International Airport

I get put between two different hotels and both of them are clean and the staff is very friendly and I always enjoy being at either one of them for my time there

The hotel, room and staff were all very good. However, it would be nice if shuttle would run 24 hours a day.

Very clean, comfortable with extremely friendly staff. Indoor Pool and whirlpool a positive feature.

They failed in so many ways to comply with the idea of ParkSleepFly. They failed to note, on our parking slip that the car would be there for seven days. They failed to ask when we would like to be scuttled to the airport. We had to ask for them to schedule our trip to the airport. They failed to ask about our return scuttle. (I failed to note it also.) When we returned, of course they had no idea that we needed a scuttle back to our car. We were immediately placed on hold, and after 15 minutes we called on a second phone and immediately place on hold. After we finally were asked what we wanted, we were informed that the scuttle was not scheduled for any pickups. They would attempt to contact the shuttle. They finally asked for our phone number. After waiting an hour we decided to take a cab. As we started to leave the airport we were informed the scuttle need gas.

We called for a shuttle on return to the airport and were told we did not have a reservation for our return - {we were given a business card and told to call the number for the shuttle) arfter some further discussion the Holiday Inn express said they would send a shuttle which arrived in 15 minutes. Th.e driver was most courteous. We will stay there again on our future trips but try to get better clarification of their shuttle return reservation rules

Everything went very smoothly. I appreciated the breakfast “to go” as we left at 5:00 am to catch a flight . Staff very friendly. The room very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to my traveling friends.

Clean, attractive, safe and easy parking as well as a nice breakfast. Really nice experience.

I have used parksleepfly many times when I have had an early flight out of SMF. The Holiday Inn Express has always worked out well for me.

Room was clean and shuttle service was awsome. Both drivers were polite and courteous. Will stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the in-room coffee pot didn’t work. There was fresh, hot coffee available in the lobby, however. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time we have an early flight to catch.

Everything went very smoothly as usual. My only complaint was that the drapes on my ground floor room didn't close completely

Hotel and staff were excellent. Shuttle to the airport for our trip outbound departed on-time and delivered us promptly. The return part wasn't as well executed. The very friendly hotel clerk logged our return info (flight number and arrival time) when we first checked in. I contacted them again while connecting to a flight on our return to verify when we would be arriving. Then we got to our destination airport and waited....and waited. I called and no shuttle had been dispatched so they dispatched one and 20 minutes or so later we were picked up and brought back to our car by a very friendly driver.

Great, with the exception of having to make shuttle reservations.
