Excellent hotel. Super clean. Efficient, informative, friendly staff. Shuttle service was prompt both times. Could not have been a better experience.

We were very pleased. Prompt helpful staff. Highly recommend to others especially if you need a place to stay and park before a flight.

Let’s talk about water pressure and 24/7 shuttle service. The water pressure was the best I have ever experienced especially when you have taken a long flight back home it was amazing!! The shuttle service was amazing it was fast and reliable. Our flight got in at 12:30 am we was at waiting station 2 and a few people was there was informed that their shuttle service ended at 11 pm and they had to find different way back to their hotel and they warned me of it I said not Radisson their is 24/7 and on their way to get me!! I love my stay there I will use them again.

The hotel clerk failed to tell the shuttle driver that I was waiting to be picked up at the airport. I had to wait almost 1/2 hour until after I called the hotel a second time. At the end of a long travel day, I found this very difficult.

The only problem with the hotel was the kitchen. We had soup and sandwiches the night we arrived that was excellent so when we returned we ordered the same items again and it was terrible.

Took a lot of hassle out of traveling. Made the whole travel day much easier.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, penty of parking, good location for our purposes.

We liked the Nashville Airport Radisson very much at the beginning of our trip that we booked another room when we returned from our trip. The early shuttle service is well worth the stay if you have an early flight. Also the breakfast was very good on the return stay. We'll definitely use the Radisson in the future.
