The hotel was great. The park n ride was horrible. I waited where the shuttle picks us up, when the shuttle arrived I was cut off by a group of ten running out of the airport, cutting me off, and hitting my leg with their suitcase as they pushed by to put them in the van. They yelled at me that they were first, which they weren’t. As the couple yelled at me the they loaded the shuttle, the driver acknowledged that they were extremely rude and then returned them to the hotel. I waited another half hour for the next shuttle. You need to find a way for people to catch the shuttle in an orderly fashion.

Easy check in, friendly and efficient staff. The room was a bit dated, but clean. The parking lot had some rough spots, but plenty of room to park. The return shuttle driver was waiting for us when we arrived, however he did not help to load the luggage.

We arrived at 7 pm and our room was not yet cleaned. I waited over 45 minutes to check in because the computer was malfunctioning. The clerk who was helping me I think her name was Bridget?) was very nice and apologetic but couldn't tell from her computer which rooms were clean so she sent us to one that definitely had not been cleaned.

the driver of the shuttle went far beyond what he had to, followed my flight that was delayed by several hours and was still there waiting for me. Helped clean my car of snow and ice and waited till I was safely on my way. He needs a raise. I would of tipped him more if I had the money!

Staff was very friendly upon arrival! We had to wait a bit for our shuttle, but only because our flight arrived an hour early! We will definitely use this hotel, parking and shuttle service again!

Check in was a bit harried but staff was friendly and room was clean. Food Iat the attached restaurant was good and so was the service

The Hotel was very worn out and in need of updating. The people were great the facility was not.

I've stayed at many Park, Sleep and Fly hotels. This Ramada inn out does them all. The staff is attentive, the parking is on site and the airport picky was waiting for us.

The hotel was comfortable. Rooms were large with good beds. Pool was great. Hotel is a little dated but clean and worked great for us.

Front staff extremely rude - never experienced that before to such a degree.
Didn't know we had to book shuttle 2 weeks prior so they made a BIG deal about it - yet they had a shuttle going already to accommodate others.
Would parksleepfly again but will never go back there or recommend that place ever again.

no complaints. great value. wonderful hotel and beautiful and clean room. I left my cell phone in the room and when I was at the airport I called and they went and checked the room, found it and brought it to me on the next shuttle. fabulous experience!!

The only and MAJOR problem with this hotel is that they did not have reliable or continuous shuttle service. There were "no drivers" available either to or from the airport - they had to ask a guy to stay 1-1/2 hours after his shift to drive me to airport and I had to take a taxi to get back to the hotel upon my return; although they paid for a taxi, it added extra time and hassle at the end of my trip

I thought it would be closer to the airport and the resturant listed as onsite is no longer there. Everything else was good.

While waiting for the shuttle to pick us up, the shuttle actuallly drove by us at 30 mph and left us standing for over an hour at an empty airport. Totally unacceptable! I emailed the manager of the Radason and haven't had a reply.
