You need to update your photos online. In the pool area you show a hot tub that now holds palm trees. That’s very miss leading I was looking forward to sitting in the tub.

Our emphasis was on the parking deal. We could have paid more just for airport parking than we did at the BW including a room for one night. The hotel was fine too.. thogh breakfast (go bag) was a bit frugal.
Shuttle outbound was good but return was the only problem. We returned after 10 PM and the shuttle stopped at 10. We knew that in advance and took a taxi for an extra $25, inc. tip, which was OK.

"Dated", low level room. Shuttle service shuts down at 22:00. Our return flight arrived after 22:30 and, although I called the Best Western to see if their shuttle was running, I had to Uber back to the hotel.

The hotel was supposed to provide transportation from the airport to the hotel so we could pick up our car, however, they did not and we had to get a taxi. Never again

Everything was very nice.
Shuttle to airport on time and driver was quite personable.
Unfortunately I was left stranded on my return trip.paperwork said shuttle ran on hour every hour, when I called after waiting an hour I was told it was out of service, front seat said they would reimburse my cab fare.

Lobby was fresh looking. Checkin front desk agent was unpleasant. Check out was quick and easy and was very nice! The Exec. Housekeeper Irma was awesome. The room could definitely use some work. Mold on the tub, carpet was dirty.

Everyone at Best Western Airport Inn was professional and exceptionally friendly. The lobby was clean, the rooms were clean, and the shuttle was on time. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Our air return was delayed and thanks to Best Western we had a pick up for later on 7/13/21 and we stayed overnight because we didn’t get in and get our luggage until midnight. Also our car was given an extra day with no charge.
After an excellent Free Breakfast we we’re safely on our way home to Venice

Nice hotel with very reasonable rates. Room was neat and clean. Parking was excellent. The shuttle service was good but a little slow on the return pick-up.
