short check in time on time ride to airport

Shuttle service was non existing they ordered us a lyft to take us to the airport, but when we returned i called they said they would order us a lyft again. No one showed we wound up getting a taxi at the airport back to get our car. When I tried to cancel the lyft they said they had no record of a request. Your survey insisted on a wait time for Shuttle I put the longest time but we never got a Shuttle.

My experience with the LaQuinta was excellent. I was greeted by the happiest hotel clerk and the shuttle service was top notch. My travel anxiety was greatly reduced because of the service I received from LaQuinta. Will definitely park, sleep, and fly there again. Great job.

Hotel stay was great, but using Lyft is really terrible, first time it took forever for them to show
up at airport when we got back, last night was the second time and they never showed up had
to call a cab. Don't think we will use this again!!!

Adequate for my needs. Chose because of proximity to Ontario Airport. Liked the little store for snacks, water, tv dinners, etc. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful.

The Shuttle service or Lyft took way too long to pick us from the airport to return
to the hotel to get our car, good really be improved!!

This is a really great idea! It worked great for us! The shuttle service was really good! I would suggest though that they update their info on email, and internet about breakfast. What was offered, 1 cup of sugary cranberry juice and a go-gurt,, was disappointing. Not offering anything would have been better.

We always stay at LaQuinta when we fly out of Ontario. Always impressed with the staff, the hotel and services to get us to and from the airport. Highly recommended.
