I have previously stayed at this hotel and used the parking facilities. Everything was perfect. This stay, I was surprised to arrive at the hotel and find it was under heavy renovations. There was no access through the front of the building, and no signs anywhere directing you to an alternate entrance. There was loud drilling and banging until 8 pm. The evening check in clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. She assured me that transport to the airport was no problem, at 3:30 am. In the morning, the gentleman at the front desk said that he couldn’t bring me all the way to the airport, because he would have to go onto the highway to get back, because of road construction. He proposed that I walk on some skywalk, with my bags. It was dark, and I couldn’t see doing that with my luggage. Aiport is half a mile away. Fortunately, other guests came along who also needed transport, and he decided to just drive us, which he did, complaining the entire time. Unacceptable! Who would send a senior citizen alone in the dark, with luggage, to walk some unknown path, a half mile, at 3:30 in the morning? The shuttle ride back to my car at the end of my trip was good.

No stars! The hotel was under construction and had none of the amenities promised had I been aware that it was under construction I would have chosen another hotel! The place didn’t even have hot water! A total waste of my money and not a pleasant way to start our vacation!

The room was great! However, it was a walk-in shower which was fine; however, the shower had a drain problem. There was no ridge on the floor; so, when I got out of the shower, there was water everywhere!

Hotel is doing construction work. Parts that are done are very nice. The rooms are tight. It works for one night and so close to the airport.

The hotel tried to charge us a higher rate even though I showed her the email reservation from Park and fly. Fortunately the young man helped correct our rate the next morning.
Also we had to wait over 20 minutes to have the shuttle pick us up. I was told 10 minutes and when I called back I was told he was on his way. That was not the case.

room was lovely and the staff helpful. However, after waiting 30 minutes and calling twice for the shuttle upon our return, we finally gave up and WALKED back to the parking lot at the hotel.
