Love the park, sleep, fly program. The shuttle was unavailable but they had a Lyft pick me up from the airport. Check in was easy and there were hot cookies.

We've used this hotel twice this year as a park and fly reservation. And we will continue to book this place when we fly out of Midway. It's easy to get to, a clean hotel and the shuttle service is great.

Hotel was nice. The only reason we did this was for the parking and shuttle option. We flew into the other Chicago airport and there is no mention of the return shutte not working until I asked at check in by accident if the procedure was the same for the return shutte from the other airport. Too late to do anything at this point. The $75 Uber fee to get back to our vehicle did not make us happy.

In Covid situation of life, we checked in and went to our room. The room was comfortable and quiet. We stayed for the convenience of the shuttle to and from the airport. It would be unfair to review the facility beyond that. The staff was courteous kind and helpful.
